What a lot of people don't realize is that people who commit crimes are still people. Being a teen makes you even more likely to commit a crime out of emotion. Not everyone who commits a crime is a sociopath. Kids who commit crimes are generally a product of a bad environment, and enter society pretty screwed up. However, this can be treated because their personality has not yet solidified.
Tying the first two replies together--it's cheaper to produce in China than it is here because we have all sorts of things like pesky regulations on hiring, quality control, and products. It isn't cheap to make it here, so it isn't.

I'm choosing to believe that the reason one hasn't been created yet is the difficulty involved, as HIV/AIDS viruses act so much more differently than other viruses, like polio. I really don't want to think its because there's more money in simply treating it with the AIDS cocktail than coming up with a vaccine.!

I was underwhelmed by the Georgia Aquarium. The main tank is incredible but the rest is poorly designed. We visited on a moderately crowded day and it was clear that traffic flow was not well considered when laying out the space. I'd hate to visit there on a crowded day. Its way too expensive for what you get.
