from the article what seems to have happened is the kid was happily shooting away, the gun jammed, it was cleared, jammed again and was cleared. then the kid was shooting some more, "lost control" of the gun and shot himself... the gun jammed a couple times, but i don't think the loss of control had anything to do with that. more to do with AN 8 YEAR OLD USING AN UZI. this is a stupid suit obv. i'd much rather see the organiser and the parents brought up on criminal charges.
