***** hell. What is this Idiocracy? Yeah plants and trees suck up water. But they also allow moisture in the air to settle onto them. Ever see a meadow in the morning? It's saturated with moisture. All those plants trap moisture. Therefore keeping it from evaporating when the sun is directly above. If there were no trees and no grass all the water would evaporate and the are would become... what's the word... hmm... oh a Desert! You know deserts right? The places where there is very little moisture and coincidentally no real vegetation. Wow... what a coincidence.Plant TONS of trees. We need them a lot more than they need us. They clean the air, keep areas from becoming arid and they just plain ***** look nice.
In the end Obama is just one man, his initiatives have to go through several stages of fatcat bureaucrats before they ever see the light of day. Plus because of everything going on with a downed economy and a fractured parties on both sides, I would not expect all of his ideas to make it through the *****.

“since i own and operate a motel, I kind of have to have cable TV. luckally, basic, expanded and HBO for each room is $14 (multiply that by 12 rooms for how much I pay just for the cable TV service). And since I live in the "Manager's Quarters", I could have cable TV access as well if I wanted (without an additional $14 cost).Guess what? I don't have it plugged in. 10MegaBit cable internet works better. Plenty of podcasts, Hulu, netflix, etc to keep me entertained.

Yes, those evil nurses who have nobody's interests at heart other than their own.You don't really know too many nurses personally, do you? Or not enough of them to form any opinion that applies to them as a whole. And you really think a lot of women in America really want eight babies, all at once, but the only thing holding them back is not being able to get the government to pay for them?? Let's just say you don't know too many women, period, to form any opinion about them..
Happy to be from the town that LEGO USA's headquarters was in the early 70's... Brookfield, CT.It's the only interesting thing about this town. Thanks for letting me know this, wikipedia.!

The reason why you lift the dog up is that in order to get the dog to be submissive, he needs to be put into a prone position with it's neck exposed. It plays on their instincts and will help achieve a better bond with the animal. If you just try to force the dog to roll over you could end up breaking one of the dogs legs as they resist. Very tough to roll an excited dog over without exerting force that feels as though it will harm the animal, you likely will damage a joint, tendons, etc. Positive reinforcement does not always work with dogs and when they are large and powerful working dogs, something like this will obviously look more alarming than if they were doing the same to a pug (though of course will not be trained to be a police dog). I once needed to do this to my Rottweiller when she pee'd on the floor (out of spite). I couldn't push her nose down because she was just too strong. She needed to be flipped over so she could be given the appropriate negative reinforcement. Some dogs need it, some dogs don't.?
cml is rare? i actually had the same thing when i was in high school. a few years and a bone marrow transplant later, i'm just like everyone else. hopefully he has the same luck that i did! it all comes down to how good of a match they can find for you when they are looking for a marrow donor (or cord blood if you end up going the stem cell route).good luck jabbar! |

I think the break up is getting harder now days. No one wants to hurt anyone feelings and all too often people now days blow up when told the news. People need to be honest and more understanding. Just ***** move on and leave with some class, no need to create a scene.

Came here to say this. It was a duck *this time*. IMO, this provided them with invaluable information for the next water rescue.
