I rather wish someone had organized an intervention with Clark Flood on his bad writing. This was some of the most overwrought, hyperbole-driven junk I've read since the eighth grade (and trust me, I read a LOT of the stuff I wrote back then, so I know what I'm talking about here). But I'm clinging to a desperate, irrational hope that there's a nugget of talent remaining to be polished. No, no, strike all that. It was an ... um ... interesting article.
