it's important to realize that the vast majority of G20 nations didn't have nearly the same level of bad debt as the US. A lot of major economies, like Germany, are squarely out of recession and can probably begin to raise rates and reduce fiscal stimulus. OTOH, the US economy is still pretty dysfunctional: just look at what's going on with commercial real estate.!

A properly run HOA is a good thing. The problem is belong to an overly mature HOA.I liken it to the government. It starts out well. But, before you know it, they created all kinds of arbitrary rules stemming from personal vendettas between feuding neighbors and everyone is forced to live in a prison state.The only choices at that point is moving or ousting the HOA and forming a new one.?

It is not limited to religious folks. Look at how many places have banned books like "Huckleberry Finn" just because it contains the word *****. It is all about intolerance, and can unfortunately be found everywhere.

Those teenagers that are sentenced for 50-60 years cost us money when they could be educated for a fraction of that cost. Showing these kids what they did wrong and why not to do it is more important than giving them a cot and metal wall siding.
