I'm choosing to believe that the reason one hasn't been created yet is the difficulty involved, as HIV/AIDS viruses act so much more differently than other viruses, like polio. I really don't want to think its because there's more money in simply treating it with the AIDS cocktail than coming up with a vaccine.
